Not every home needs a full top-to-bottom clean — and we get that. Sometimes, you just need help with one or two key areas. That’s where our Piece Work Cleaning comes in.
This service is designed for customers who want to pay for exactly what they need, nothing more. Whether it’s just the bathrooms, just the floors, or a dirty fridge that needs rescuing — we’re happy to take care of the task without requiring a full-house clean.
We use the same high standards and attention to detail you’d expect from our deep or standard cleaning services, but applied to individual spaces or tasks.

➡️ You’ve kept your home clean but want a kitchen detail or bathroom scrub without paying for the whole house

Our Piece Work menu covers almost any individual task you'd like us to take care of:
☑️ Floors only – Vacuuming and mopping of all floors (carpet, tile, vinyl, hardwood)
☑️ Bathrooms only – Toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, counters, and floors
☑️ Kitchen only – All countertops, backsplash, sink, stove top, appliance exteriors
☑️ Interior window cleaning – Standard, accessible windows inside only (add-on for sliding doors available)
☑️ Baseboards only – Full perimeter wipe by hand throughout requested rooms
☑️ Inside fridge – Remove items and deep clean shelves, bins, drawers
☑️ Inside oven – Degrease interior, door, and racks
☑️ Inside cabinets/drawers – Clean and sanitize interiors of empty kitchen or bathroom cabinets (often used for move-outs)
☑️ Wall and trim spot-cleaning – Light wipe-down of handprints, scuffs, or grime on walls and doorframes
☑️ Sliding door glass and track cleaning – Interior glass wiped + full track detail
💰 How It’s Priced
We price Piece Work based on your home’s square footage and scope of work. Most single-task services range from $50 to $100, and we require a $100 minimum per visit.
Example:
☑️ A kitchen-only clean for a 1600 sq ft home might be $60–$75.
☑️ Adding fridge + floors would bring the total closer to $130 (with bundle discount).
If you’re requesting three or more tasks, we automatically bundle your quote and apply a 10–15% discount to save you money.
We’ll always provide a clear quote before we begin, and if additional time or items are needed, we’ll confirm everything with you in advance.
