Full Service Cleaning Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services through our online booking platform. All bookings, reschedules, and cancellations are managed via our software partner, BookingKoala.

2. 📅 Bookings and Payments

All services must be booked in advance through our website or booking form.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors integrated with BookingKoala (e.g., Stripe).
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees, as outlined during the booking process.

3. 👤 User Accounts

When logging in with platforms like Facebook, you agree to share basic profile information (name, email, etc.). We use this solely to create and manage your account within our booking system. Your data is never sold or shared.
